RECRUITMENT METHODOLOGY

1.

Detailed discussion with client to ascertain their personnel requirements, required set of skills, understand organizational behaviour and relationships.

2.

Search and identification of suitable candidates.

3.

To find the suitable candidate consideration is given to company's existing business activities, business plans, work culture, structures, systems and future plans. But also on job description, location, salary & benefits.

4.

Preliminary screening and selection of candidates by Smart consultants is done from our own exhaustive database or by advertising for the position taking into account the candidate experience, qualifications, strength and weaknesses and the ability of candidate to fit into the work- culture and ethics of the client organization.

5.

Assist client in conducting technical, personality and soft skills tests etc.

6.

Assist client with initial and final interviews.

7.

After client interviews, we conduct a formal reference check of the selected candidates. Our team contacts individuals / companies that are capable of providing details of the candidate's qualifications, work ethics and other relevant feed back. The comments made by these references are then reviewed with the client.

8.

Assist client with negotiation and finalization of their employment terms with the candidates.

9.

Post employment suitability feedback on the candidates.
